On Android: No. 

Once you install the app, it saves permanently to your device. You should be able to play offline (in a bunker, on a plane, etc.) without issues.

On iOS (iPhone & iPad): We recommend keeping a connection.

Due to Apple's strict storage policies, iPhones often delete "unused" web data to save space, even if you added the app to your home screen. If your phone decides to clear the game files, you will need an internet connection to reload them.

On older devices (e.g., iPhone 8, older iPads, or budget Androids), the app can need more than a minute to decrypt and initialize the game engine. Please do not refresh the page; it will start shortly.

The Secret of Langton Manor app features a high-fidelity 3D simulation that requires modern web graphics (WebGL 2.0). If you are using an older device (such as an iPad Air 1, iPhone 6, or older Android), it may not be supported.

The Fix: Because this is a universal web app, you aren't tied to your phone! You can simply open this URL on a laptop, desktop computer, or a partner's device to play immediately. No download required.
