An updated version of the PDF files for Episode 4 - Decay is now available. This revision is based on player feedback and addresses a few issues to improve the gameplay experience.
The most significant change is a complete redesign of the Diary of Samuel Thorne puzzle. I became aware of a technical issue where essential hints within the diary were not visible for some users, particularly in Adobe Acrobat. This has now been corrected. The new puzzle design is also more intuitive to physically assemble.
Additionally, I have added a couple of small hints to the printable materials to assist with some of the more difficult puzzles in the episode. This should help prevent players from getting stuck and ensure a smoother game flow.
How to Get the Update
If you have already downloaded the previous version of Episode 4, I advise you to re-download the PDF files to ensure you have the latest revision. All new purchases will automatically include the updated files.
To confirm you have the updated version check the 'Closet' card on page 3. It should have this scissors symbol, that was not there on the old version:
